Chivag Care Services Ltd was established out of a desire to contribute positively to our community by meeting the rising demand for quality accommodation ,care and support services that will enable individuals to live independently and achieve best possible outcomes in Surrey and it’s environs. The support we offer is flexible, reliable ,consistent and person centred.
We are truly committed to providing the best quality care and support possible and constantly looking for ways to improve the care we deliver, so it enables the people we support to live the lives they choose; lives which are fulfilling, meaningful and happy. We provide suitable accomdation for people with learning disabilities and/or ASD, where we tailor our service provision to each individuals’ unique needs. This approach has the aim of supporting people with complex needs to develop within their home environment and beyond, enabling these individuals to develop daily living and independence skills in a supported environment, and empower them to make choices by being heard and as such have as much control over their lives as they choose. By providing consistent and reliable support, we ensure that the people in our care are able to take every opportunity to control their everyday lives. Our aim is to provide each individual with a safe, caring, responsive, effective and well-led environment that empowers them to lead the life they choose.
Our quality goes beyond regulatory ratings, and whilst we place importance on creating Good and Outstanding services, this is just one of the many ways we measure quality. Our other unique methods include: Internal quality audits A robust system that occurs every quarter that reviews services for quality and compliance Quality checkers A team of people we support who formally apply and receive training to complete quality audits within services. Quality roadshows A series of events attended by service managers to share best practise and learning. STOMP pledge An initiative to reduce unnecessary medication administration for the people we support We have more Good and Outstanding services than any other provider in Health or Social Care, but we recognise there is always so much more that we could do. Our team of dedicated professionals includes experienced therapists and care staff who work collaboratively to provide a range of services, including speech and language therapy, aromatherapy, music therapy, and more. We also offer 24-hour care for those who require assistance all of the time in their daily lives.
